Licensed & Insured Carrier
PacTrack holds a valid California Motor Carrier Permit and U.S. DOT registration, and we carry all necessary insurance. Our drivers are hazmat-trained and we possess a Hazardous Materials Certificate of Registration, enabling us to legally and safely transport biohazard materials and other regulated items.
Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE)
We maintain DBE certification (through LA Metro), which verifies our qualifications to perform on federal, state, and local government contracts in the transportation sector.
Minority Business Enterprise (MBE)

Founded in 2014 in Los Angeles, PacTrack began as a small courier operation with a big idea: to provide reliable last-mile delivery services with a personal touch. Our founder, Nabeil Hazu, brought together a background in logistics and academic science with a clear vision for raising customer service standards in the courier industry. Under his leadership, PacTrack secured its first major contracts delivering e-commerce packages and legal documents, quickly earning a reputation for dependability.

By 2016, PacTrack had become a trusted delivery partner for online retailers, including Amazon. We managed thousands of parcels daily, refining our systems for speed, accuracy, and efficiency in the high-demand world of same day delivery.

Starting in 2020, we adopted cutting-edge tools to streamline operations and elevate service quality. These included an AI-powered dispatch system, a real-time driver tracking app, and IoT temperature sensors for sensitive healthcare deliveries.
